Born and raised in Maryland, I grew up fishing and hunting across the state—developing a deep respect for the Chesapeake Bay and the region’s coastal and woodland resources.
I trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and built my career in the food and beverage world across the country, from Hawaii and Florida to New York City, Washington, D.C., and beyond. Those experiences shaped my approach: simple, intentional, and rooted in quality ingredients and real technique.
Today, based near Annapolis, Maryland, I offer Chesapeake Bay experiences that go beyond the typical trip—combining guided fishing, hands-on learning, and a deeper connection to the water.
This isn’t just about catching fish.
It’s about understanding the process—from water to table—and experiencing the Chesapeake the right way.
